What happened to Blogging?

One issue that I often run into when developing websites is finding a solution for clients that simply want to blog. WordPress originally started as a Blogging only platform and it was great at it. Over time, however, WordPress evolved into something more. WordPress fits that niche where you need to get a site up and running somewhat quickly without the hassle and complexity of a full-fledged enterprise level CMS. It however takes too much time when I simply want to spool up a blog. I need a solution built specifically for blogging and only blogging.

Meet Ghost. The focus of this platform is simply to publish. The platform will publish content to all of your social media networks and will provide analytic about your reach.

This project is currently a Kickstarter but has already met its goal to be funded.
